Route a thought to your calendar

Send a captured note straight into Apple Calendar as an event, on-device, with no token, no OAuth and no network. You pick the date and time as you route.

How it works

    Type or dictate it. On-device AI reads it and files it into the right project.

    Tap Route, choose Calendar
    Pick the date and time. It starts on the next hour, or flip it to all-day. Set a default calendar per project so you rarely have to think about it.

    Done, it’s on your calendar
    The event lands in the calendar you chose, at the time you set, with the note in its notes.

Routing drops a real event into Apple Calendar, linked back to the note. A calendar event isn’t a task, though, so it doesn’t flip the note Done. The note stays exactly where it is in Edmund until you tick it off yourself.

A new event appears in Apple Calendar

The summary becomes the event title and the full note becomes its notes, dropped into whichever calendar you chose, at the date and time you set (or all-day, your call).

No account. Just grant access.

Calendar is on-device through EventKit, so there’s no token, no OAuth, and nothing leaves your Mac or phone. It writes to the same calendars you already use, so any Google or work accounts you’ve added show up too. Grant access the first time you route and you’re done.

    Pick the date and time, then it lands on your calendar as an event, with the note in its notes.

It’s on-device via EventKit, so there’s no account, no token, and nothing leaves your device. A calendar event isn’t a task, so routing doesn’t mark the note Done. It stays in Edmund until you tick it off. Turn access off any time in system Settings.
