Route a thought to Notion

Send a captured note into a Notion database as a new page. The summary becomes the title, the note becomes the body.

How it works

From a thought to a Notion page

    Capture and let Edmund triage
    Type or dictate it. On-device AI reads it and files it into the right project.

    Tap Route, choose Notion
    A new page is created in the database you connected, with the summary mapped to its title property.
  3. 3
    Tidy the title and send
    Edit the title and body if you like, then it lands in Notion, linked back to the note.

Routing isn’t a one-way dump. A real page appears in Notion, it stays linked to the note, and finishing it there flips the note to Done back in Edmund.

Set a Complete status on the page in Notion and the note advances to Done, one direction only, and it never re-opens a note you’ve already closed.

What carries over

Everything the issue needs, already filled in.

The note’s summary maps to the database’s title property.

The full note travels across as the page content.

Added to whichever database you connected.
Two-way done
Set a Complete status in Notion and the note marks Done.

Connect Notion in a minute

Connect Notion with one tap, or paste an internal integration token. Either way, the target database has to be shared with the integration. That’s the one extra step Notion needs.

    Connect or create a token
    In Settings → Integrations → Notion, tap Connect, or create an internal integration at notion.so/my-integrations and paste its token.

    Share the database
    Open the database you want notes to land in, hit ••• → Connections, and add your integration so it can write pages.
  3. 3
    Set the database in Edmund
    Pick that database as the destination for each project you route.
  4. 4
    Route your first note
    A new page appears in the database, linked back to the note.

Edmund only talks to Notion the moment you choose to route, never in the background. Revoke access any time from Settings, or from the integration in Notion.
