Route a thought to ClickUp

Turn a captured note into a ClickUp task, dropped into the Space and List you choose, with the full note as the description.

How it works

From a thought to a ClickUp task

  1. 1
    Capture and let Edmund triage
Type or dictate it. On-device AI reads it and files it into the right project.
  2. 2
    Tap Route, choose ClickUp
It’s created in the Space and List you set up.
  3. 3
    Tidy the title and send
Edit the title and body if you like, then it lands as a task, linked back to the note.

Add a swipe to hand a note to an agent
Make “Hand off to agent” reachable from the list, not just the detail screen. A trailing swipe, like Route.

Routed from Edmund · just now
Once it’s routed

Route it here.
Finish it in ClickUp.

Routing isn’t a one-way dump. A real task appears in ClickUp, it stays linked to the note, and finishing it there flips the note to Done back in Edmund.

A new task appears in ClickUp

The summary becomes the task name and the full note becomes the description, filed in the Space and List you chose.

Set a done status on the task in ClickUp and the note advances to Done, one direction only, and it never re-opens a note you’ve already closed.

What carries over

Everything the issue needs, already filled in.

Title
The note’s one-line summary becomes the task name.
Description
The full note travels across as clean Markdown.
Space & List
Filed in the Space and List you chose.
Two-way done
Set a done status in ClickUp and the note marks Done.
