Route a thought to Todoist
Send a captured note into Todoist as a task, in whichever project you choose, with the note as its description.
From a thought to a Todoist task
- 1Capture and let Edmund triageType or dictate it. On-device AI reads it and files it into the right project.
- 2Tap Route, choose TodoistIt’s created in the project you picked when you set Todoist up.
- 3Done, it’s in TodoistIt lands in your chosen project. Complete it there and the note flips to Done in Edmund.
Route it here.
Finish it in Todoist.
Routing isn’t a one-way dump. A real task appears in Todoist, it stays linked to the note, and finishing it there flips the note to Done back in Edmund.
The summary becomes the task and the full note becomes its description, dropped into whichever project you chose.
Complete the task in Todoist and the note advances to Done, one direction only, and it never re-opens a note you’ve already closed.
Everything the issue needs, already filled in.
Connect Todoist in a minute
